Meet our team
When your child joins St Andrew’s, they will be assigned a key worker. Key workers are dedicated to assessing each child’s progress, and supporting them to meet to their full potential. Our team are focused on the long term – ensuring that children who are transferring to school participate in more challenging, fun group activities helping them to grow in confidence and self-esteem.
St Andrew’s staff also receive support and advice from the local authority and other professionals.

Ami holds an NVQ3 in Childcare and has worked in childcare for over 19 years.
Lavell Cuffy
ICT Coordinator
Lavell holds an NVQ3 in Childcare and has been working in childcare for over 7 years.
We have Volunteers, Apprentice Students and Committee members support as well as train students while on work placement from various colleges.
